The email we sent says exactly what was missing. It's usually one of these: the name on the document didn't match your verified name, the card or account number wasn't visible, the document was older than 60 days, or it wasn't one of the three types we accept (bank statement, joint account statement, or legal name change record).
Fix that specific issue and upload again through the same link:
Statements need to be from the last 60 days and show your name tied to the card or account on hold
A legal name change record needs to show both your old and new name
We'll ask you to re-upload at most twice. If the next submission after that still doesn't establish the match, the decision is final: a hold from setup means the setup is canceled and you'd start again with a matching card; a hold on a scheduled payment means that payment goes back to your billing portal for this cycle — your payment schedule isn't affected.
The quickest way past all of it: link a debit card with your exact name. See Why won't my debit card connect? The name doesn't match.
