My card expired — how do I update it?

If the debit card on file with Split Pay has expired, you don't need to add a whole new card anymore — just update the card's expiration date and security code (CVV).

To update it:

  1. Open your Split Pay account and go to Payment Methods.

  2. Find the card marked as expired.

  3. Enter the new expiration date and CVV from your renewed card.

  4. Save. Your card is active again, and your scheduled payments will use it automatically.

This works when your bank renewed the same card with a new expiration date — the card number stays the same. If your card number changed, or you want to use a different card, add it as a new payment method instead.
