Yes — when you sign up again with the same email you used before, your transaction history restores automatically.
What you'll need to redo after signing up:
Identity verification
Reconnect a payment method
Reapply for Split Pay
Don't try to log back in or reset your password to get back into a deleted account — those won't work. Go through the sign-up process like you're a new user, with the same email.
