Can you remove something Split Pay reported to my credit?

No — once we've reported something to the credit bureaus, we can't pull it back. This is how credit reporting works across the industry.

The good news: Split Pay only reports successful payments. So everything we've reported is positive payment history. There's nothing negative to remove.

If you believe something is inaccurate:

You can dispute it directly with the credit bureau. Each one has its own dispute process on their website. They'll investigate and reach out to us to confirm whatever's in dispute. If something genuinely is wrong, the bureau can correct it.

If you want to stop future reporting:

That you can do. See the FAQ on How do I turn off credit reporting?.
