Three steps in the app:
Open the app and go to Settings
Select Credit Reporting
Toggle it off
That stops future reporting. The opt-out takes effect after the current reporting cycle completes — usually within 30 days.
Important: turning off credit reporting doesn't remove what we've already reported. Once data is sent to the credit bureaus, we can't pull it back. But that's actually fine — since we only report successful payments, everything that's on your credit report from us is positive payment history.
If you believe something we reported is wrong:
You can dispute it directly with the credit bureau. Each bureau has its own dispute process on their website. They'll investigate and reach out to us to verify.
We can't remove or modify what we've already reported. Questions? Contact our Support team.
