Yes — send them splitpay.com/property-managers. It's our page for property managers, and it explains how Split Pay works on their side.
The short version for your property manager:
Nothing to approve or set up. You add your Split Pay account and routing numbers in your resident portal, like any other bank account.
They get your full rent through the portal, the same way they do today.
No integration, contract, or cost for them.
If they have questions the page doesn't answer, they can reach our team from that page.
For more on what to say, see What should I tell my landlord about Split Pay?.
Note: If Split Pay sends your rent to your landlord directly (instead of through a portal), your landlord does need to accept your request once. See What should I tell my landlord about Split Pay? (Direct renters).
