If you haven't hit your due date yet:
The fastest move is the pay-now link in any of our text or email reminders — you can push your payment date up to 4 days past your original due date yourself, no need to involve support.
If you'll need more time than that, contact our Support team and we'll talk through what makes sense for your situation.
If your payment is 14 days or less past due:
You still have a few paths available — but they narrow as time goes on
The pay-now link in our comms still works for moving your date by a few days
For longer changes, contact our Support team and let's figure it out together
Just paying off the balance also works at any point and is the cleanest path
The worst thing you can do is nothing. If we don't hear from you and your balance keeps growing, the situation gets harder to fix. Committing to a path — any path — early is what protects your Split Pay account.
