My second Split Pay payment is overdue — what should I do?

The most important thing right now is committing to something, not waiting. Overdue balances get harder to resolve the longer they sit, and the earlier we talk, the more flexibility we have together.

A few things that are true:

  • You have options. There are a few different paths we can explore based on your situation.

  • The first step is reaching out — even if you don't have the full balance ready today

  • Committing to a path early keeps your Split Pay account in good standing

  • Waiting it out is the only option that consistently makes things worse

One self-serve option you might not know about: if it's within 4 days of your original due date, you can move your payment date yourself using the pay-now link in any of the texts or emails we've sent you. No need to talk to support for that one — it's right there in the link.
