I didn't authorize this payment. What do I do?

Get in touch with us right away. Unauthorized payments go through our compliance department for review.

What we'll need:

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • A brief description of why you didn't authorize it (e.g. someone else accessed your account, charge you don't recognize, etc.)

What happens next:

  1. We pass it to our compliance department to review

  2. They look at the details and determine the right path forward

  3. If a reversal is warranted, the refund goes back to the card that was charged

  4. They'll reach out to you directly with the outcome

Important: don't contact your bank to dispute the charge — that can create complications that slow everything down and may affect your account standing. Let us handle it through our compliance review first.
