Yes — and in most cases you can do it yourself.
Move it yourself (the usual path)
Once your first Split Pay payment is paid, you can change the date of your second payment right in your Split Pay account — as many times as you need. You can move it as far as 4 business days past your original due date, which is handy for lining it up with your payday.
A date change keeps everything else the same — same amount, same payment method on file, just a new date. It changes when you pay, not what you owe.
If you're 5+ days past due
Once you're 5 or more days past your original due date, the self-serve option closes — just get in touch with us. For a full payment, we can move your date up to 14 days from your original due date. If you need more breathing room than that, reach out anyway and we'll talk through other options to help.
