If your first attempt failed, you're not stuck. Split Pay uses a three-attempt verification flow that automatically tries different methods until something works.
Here's the flow:
First attempt: Basic check against official records
Second attempt: Upload a photo of your ID
Third attempt: ID upload plus a selfie
If one method doesn't work, the app automatically moves you to the next. You don't need to do anything special — just log back in and you'll be prompted with the next verification method.

Follow the prompts for the next verification step
Make sure your name, date of birth, and address match exactly what's on your ID
For document uploads: take photos in good lighting, no glare, all four corners visible
