I can't remember which email I used to sign up

A few things to try, in order:

1. Search your email inboxes for messages from Split Pay (or Rent App, if you signed up before the rebrand). Look in:

  • Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud — every email you actively use

  • Spam and promotions folders

  • An old or rarely-used email account if relevant

2. Try logging in with each email you might have used. Use "Forgot Password" if you don't remember the password — if Split Pay sends a reset email, that confirms the account exists with that address.

3. Did you sign up with Apple or Google? If yes:

  • For Apple: you may have an Apple Private Relay email (a random @privaterelay.appleid.com address). See the FAQ on Apple Private Relay.

  • For Google: try signing in with Google — that bypasses the email lookup.

4. Still stuck?

Get in touch with us. We may be able to help you locate the account using:

  • The phone number you used at signup

  • Your full name

  • The last 4 digits of a payment method you may have used
