My Split Pay account is locked. How long until I can log in?

Wait 30 minutes from your last failed login attempt — that's when the lockout clears. Every new attempt during the lockout resets the 30-minute timer, so the most important thing right now is to stop trying to log in.

Your account locked itself automatically after several failed attempts. This is a security feature that protects you from someone else trying to guess their way in.

When the 30 minutes are up, the most common cause of being locked out is using the wrong sign-in method — for example, trying email and password when you originally signed up with Apple or Google. Check your inbox for the welcome email from Split Pay, which will tell you which method you used.
