I pay through a portal, lender, or mortgage servicer with Split Pay — how do I change the email I use to log in?

Don't delete your account to change your email. Your Split Pay account and routing numbers are tied to your identity, and they're permanently linked to the email and sign-in method you used when you signed up — you can only access them through that original email and sign-in method.

To get into your Split Pay app, log in using the original method you used when you signed up (Google, Apple, or email/password) and the original email tied to that account. Your account is still there.
