Reply STOP to any text from Split Pay. But before you do, there's an important catch:
⚠️ STOP blocks all our texts — not just marketing. That includes your login verification codes. If you reply STOP, you may not be able to log into your Split Pay account anymore. Multi-factor authentication is required and uses SMS, so blocking our texts blocks login.
There's no way to keep getting login codes while opting out of marketing texts — they come through the same channel. If you don't want marketing texts but need login access, your options are:
Keep getting both, and ignore the marketing ones
Reply STOP and accept you'll need to text START to log in again later (which restores both)
If you replied STOP and now can't log in, see the FAQ on I texted STOP and now I can't get my Split Pay login codes. How do I fix this?.
