Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Split Pay marketing email. Your preference updates automatically once you click it.
Unsubscribing only affects marketing emails. You'll still receive important account emails like payment confirmations, account alerts, and security notifications — those aren't marketing and aren't part of the unsubscribe.
If you've unsubscribed and still see marketing emails after 48 hours, contact support and we'll look into it.
