Contact support right away. We'll suspend your Split Pay account so no one can use it while we sort this out. The faster we hear from you, the faster we can lock things down.

Split Pay takes account security seriously — we use multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent unauthorized activity. But if something looks off to you, your action matters: getting your account suspended is the most important step.

In the meantime:

  • Change your password on any other accounts that share the same or similar credentials

  • Turn on two-factor authentication anywhere that offers it

  • Watch your bank account for anything you don't recognize
