My address has a fraction (like "8 1/2") and the Split Pay app won't accept it. What do I do?

The system does support fractional addresses — it just needs to be entered in a specific way. Try this:

1. Type your street address including the fraction the way you'd write it on mail — for example, "8 1/2 Main St"

2. Press Enter after typing the street address

3. The app should then let you fill in the rest of your address manually

If the "NEXT" button is still greyed out:

• Try entering the fraction as 1/2 rather than .5 or a special fraction symbol like ½

• Make sure there are no extra spaces in unusual places

If neither works after trying different formats, contact support and we'll get our engineering team to look at it.
