I deleted my Split Pay account — how do I come back?

If you deleted your Split Pay account and want to come back, sign up again with the same email you used before. Don't try to log in or reset your password — those won't work for deleted accounts. Go through the sign-up process like you're a new user.

What restores automatically:

  • Your transaction history

  • If you paid through a portal, lender, or mortgage servicer, the same Split Pay account and routing numbers come back live — anything saved on their side will start working again

What you'll need to redo:

  • Identity verification

  • Reconnect a payment method

  • Reapply for Split Pay
