Can I use Split Pay with a P.O. box or military address?

No. Split Pay can't support P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other non-physical-residential address formats.

This is a requirement from the financial networks we partner with — they need a physical residential address for the payment routing to work and for compliance reasons. It's not something we can override.

A few possible workarounds:

  • If you have a physical residential address in addition to a P.O. box, use the residential address with Split Pay. Your landlord or servicer can still send mail to your P.O. box if needed — the address in Split Pay is just for payment processing.

  • If you only have a P.O. box or military address, Split Pay isn't available for that property.

This restriction is similar to how a regular bank account requires a physical address. We don't have visibility into when or whether this might change in the future.
