When your landlord, lender, or servicer receives a Split Pay payment, the sender shows as Evolve Bank & Trust — that's our banking partner that provides your Split Pay account and routing numbers.
This is expected. It doesn't mean anything is wrong.
What your landlord, lender, or servicer will see:
Full payment amount ✓
Received on or before your due date ✓
Source bank: Evolve Bank & Trust (instead of your personal bank)
That's the only difference from a regular bank payment.
If they ask about it: you can let them know you're using a payment service called Split Pay, and the payment is routed through their banking partner. They're getting the full amount on time — that's the part that matters. See the FAQ on What should I tell my landlord about Split Pay?.
If they want to talk to us directly, they can contact our Support team and we'll explain it.
