What happened to the Rent App mobile app?

Rent App is now Split Pay — a brand-new app, same account. Everything carried over: your plans, your history, your payment account numbers, and your eligibility. There’s nothing to set up again — just log in.

A few things to know during the switch:

  • We launched on the web first. The new Split Pay is live at splitpay.com — and it works great in your phone’s browser. The new mobile app is on its way to the App Store and Google Play and is expected within days.

  • If your old app is pointing you to the website, that’s expected. Once you’ve signed in on the new Split Pay, the old app is retired for you — the web is your home until the new mobile app is live.

  • Nothing about your account changed. Same login, same plans, same payment details — new platform.

As soon as the new app is available in your app store, download it and log in — you’ll pick up right where you left off.
