Will my next month's payment still be paid by Split Pay while I'm catching up on a balance?

Not through Split Pay. While you're working through a catch-up arrangement, your Split Pay eligibility is paused — meaning we won't cover your next month's payment.

What this means:

You'll need to pay your landlord, lender, or servicer directly — using your regular bank account, debit card, or whatever payment method works for them.

If your bill is paid through a portal, lender, or servicer that pulls from your Split Pay account and routing numbers:

  • Remove or change your payment method on their side so it doesn't try to pull from Split Pay

  • Replace it with your regular bank account or debit card

  • Once your Split Pay account is active again, you can switch back

If your bill is paid directly through Split Pay:

  • Pay your landlord, lender, or servicer using a different method this month

  • Once Split Pay is active again, you can resume using Split Pay

When does Split Pay come back?

Once you've completed your catch-up arrangement, your account becomes eligible to apply for a fresh Split Pay approval.
