Not through Split Pay. While you're working through a catch-up arrangement, your Split Pay eligibility is paused — meaning we won't cover your next month's payment.
What this means:
You'll need to pay your landlord, lender, or servicer directly — using your regular bank account, debit card, or whatever payment method works for them.
If your bill is paid through a portal, lender, or servicer that pulls from your Split Pay account and routing numbers:
Remove or change your payment method on their side so it doesn't try to pull from Split Pay
Replace it with your regular bank account or debit card
Once your Split Pay account is active again, you can switch back
If your bill is paid directly through Split Pay:
Pay your landlord, lender, or servicer using a different method this month
Once Split Pay is active again, you can resume using Split Pay
When does Split Pay come back?
Once you've completed your catch-up arrangement, your account becomes eligible to apply for a fresh Split Pay approval.
