We'll split it automatically:
You pay a reduced amount now (with the Split Pay fee added)
The remaining balance about two weeks later
Your landlord, lender, or servicer gets the full amount, on time
The most common mistake: scheduling half of your payment in the portal. If you do that, we only process half — the other half doesn't get sent automatically, and you could end up short on rent.
