Yes — and you can usually do it yourself.
Self-serve via the pay-now link in any of our communications:
Every reminder we send you (from a week before your due date through a few days after) includes a pay-now link. That link gives you the option to move your payment date up to 4 business days past your original due date — no need to involve support.
Check any recent Split Pay text or email — the pay-now link is right there
Tap it, pick your new date, you're done
If you need to push your date further than 4 business days past your original due date:
Contact our Support team. We can move your date up to 14 days past your original due date.
A few things to know:
Your original due date doesn't change. If you push your payment by a week, your account will still show as a week past due — that's expected, not a bug.
Past 14 days from your original due date, the date change isn't available anymore. At that point, contact our Support team — there are a few different paths we can explore together.
If you know you can't pay even with the date push, contact our Support team sooner rather than later.
