Most portals send micro-deposits within 24 hours, but it can take up to 3 business days. If you're inside that window, just wait — there's nothing on our end we can speed up.
A few important things:
Your portal sends the micro-deposits, not us. We just report them when we receive them. We can't resend them, expedite them, or troubleshoot them on our side.
Two kinds of verification, depending on your portal:
Two small amounts (e.g. $0.12 and $0.45) — enter both amounts when prompted
One $0.01 deposit with a code — look for a 3-letter code after a
#in the transaction description (like#PDV). Enter the code, not the amount.
If you're at 3+ business days:
Check your portal for a "Resend micro-deposits" option
Double-check the account and routing numbers you entered match your Split Pay account exactly
Make sure you're looking at the right bank account
Want to skip the wait? If your portal allows bank connections via Plaid, Split Pay will appear as an option to select — that flow verifies instantly, no micro-deposits needed.
