The autopay only ends when one of two things happens: you cancel it from your landlord dashboard at rent.app ("Split Pay by Rent App"), or your tenant cancels their plan in their Split Pay account (Plan Details → Cancel Plan).
To check the status, log into your landlord dashboard (rent.app) and look at the autopay for that tenant. If it's still active, you can cancel it yourself from there.

Note: This applies to tenants who pay you directly through Split Pay. Portal autopays are handled inside your portal system.
