You can cancel the autopay yourself from your landlord dashboard at rent.app ("Split Pay by Rent App"). Log in, find the active autopay for your tenant, and tap the cancel option.
Note: This applies to tenants who pay you directly through Split Pay. If your tenant pays through a resident portal, autopay cancellation is handled inside the portal — not here.
