You can cancel the autopay yourself from your landlord dashboard at splitpay.com/landlord. Log in, find the active autopay for your tenant, and tap the cancel option.
Note: This applies to tenants who pay you directly through Split Pay. If your tenant pays through a resident portal, autopay cancellation is handled inside the portal — not here.
