You'll get the rent in your bank account within 3–5 business days of your tenant paying through Split Pay.
Your payout starts when your tenant's payment goes through, so the exact date depends on when they schedule it. We'll email you when the payment kicks off and again when the money lands.
If it's been more than 5 business days since we emailed that the payment kicked off, get in touch and we'll dig into it.
A quick note if you don't have a landlord account yet: Your tenant chose Split Pay because it lets them split rent into two payments, while you receive the full rent amount, never a partial payment.
