Can I switch my Split Pay payouts from a personal account to a business account?

Yes — same flow as updating any bank account, and you'll need support to finish the switch:

  1. Log into your Split Pay landlord account

  2. Go to Settings > Bank Account

  3. Enter your business account and routing numbers, save

  4. Contact support so we can connect the new account to your tenant's autopay

Until step 4, your tenant's next payment still goes to the old account. Get in touch with us right after you make the change, especially if a payment is scheduled soon.

Heads up — this is just where the money lands. It doesn't change what name shows up on your tax forms. If you also want your 1099-K to be issued to the business entity (LLC, S-corp, etc.) instead of you personally, that's a separate update — see the FAQ on Can I switch my Split Pay account to a business entity (LLC, S-corp, etc.) for tax purposes?.
