Your second payment is due 14 days after your first payment is complete — for portal payments, that's 14 days after the first charge to your card.

Mortgage, car and student-loan payments work the same way; for direct rent, it's 14 days after the payment reaches your landlord. Your portal decides when it requests the first payment; your second-payment date can be moved if you need to.
